Hi! My name is Jeff Stevenson, and I am thrilled to be a part of the Joan Bullard Real Estate Team. I am a lifelong resident of Central Illinois and 1994 graduate of Dwight Township High School. I received my Bachelor of Science from Illinois State University in 1999. After a 21-year career in Banking, Finance, and Lending, I transitioned to self-employment as a Residential Home Inspector. After spending almost 4 years as a residential inspector, I recently completed my Real Estate Broker Licensing. I cannot wait to utilize my unique knowledge of financing and real estate to help the residents of Central Illinois buy and sell their properties.
My wife Sheila and I reside in rural Emington, Illinois. I have two children Mason and Carter. SPC Mason Stevenson is currently on active duty with the United States Army stationed at Fort Campbell, KY. Carter is a student at Bradley University in Peoria, IL, studying Construction Management. He is also a proud member of the Bradley University Men’s Golf Team.
