I received my Real Estate license in December 2020. I am now employed by Joan Bullard Realty, Inc. in Odell, IL. We serve all of Livingston, McLean, Grundy and LaSalle counties. This job has the best of both worlds – with the excellent training I have received, I will make buying or selling an enjoyable process. I graduated from Pontiac High School in 1988, Parkland College in 1990 with an Assoc. degree in Marketing and FIDM in Los Angeles, CA with an Assoc. degree in Fashion Design. I grew up in Pontiac as well as my father Ronald Fellheimer who has been an Attorney here for over 50 years. I have been employed at LSC Communications for the last 25 yrs and continue to do so.
