Joan Bullard

I have been in Real Estate for 17 years. My office is in Odell, Illinois where my late husband, Bob, and I lived and have raised 4 children. I am the past President of the Livingston County Board of Realtors. I am the past President of Pontiac Boys and Girls Club and I remain an active member. I served on the Livingston County Board, District 2 from 2013 – 2014. I sell over the entire Livingston County. I serve clients in McLean and Grundy County also. I specialize in Residential, Commercial, and Farm Land. We are a very busy office and at any given time average well over 50 active listings. My office belongs to Kankakee Iroquois Ford Association of Realtors and MRED Multiple Listing Service. We have our own web site and advertise on Facebook, Zillow, Trulia and My office has the reputation of being a knowledgeable and honest office. Our Clients are first and foremost. We are there to give all of the information our clients are seeking and to steer them in the right direction for our staff to serve their Real Estate needs.



Jon Jon Deal

I have been employed by Joan Bullard Realty, Inc. since October of 2014. I graduated from Pontiac Township High School in 1998, started working with the State of Illinois in September of 2000. I married the love of my life Breia in June of 2004, we had our only child in 2008. My parents, siblings and I have bought, fixed up and resold several properties in the Pontiac area since 2001.

I have always been interested in the Real Estate Profession, so I took the plunge in the beginning of 2014 to get my broker’s license through the Real Estate Institute. I am a very honest and hard working person, and my only goal is to please my clients and get them into a home they love.

I have worked in the office for Joan since 2008.  I graduated from Dwight Township High School in 2007.  I graduated in May 2012 with a B.S. in Biology. I obtained my Real Estate license in 2015.  I married my husband, Dan, on December 1, 2012; we live in rural Saunemin, with our son Gannon and daughter, Lyndon. I grew up in Dwight, IL, my father is Eugene Briner. I am very interested in the Real Estate Business and look forward to helping my clients. Member of the Kankakee Iroquois Ford Association of Realtors and MRED MLS and National Association of Realtors since 2015.


John Walters

He has been a longtime resident of Colfax and active in the Real Estate business for over 13 years.  Graduated from Octavia High School in 1982 and Illinois State University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science Degree.    John is also a member of the Son’s  of the American Legion and a 32nd Degree Mason and a member of Mohammad Shrine.  He has represented buyers in the beginning stages of home shopping from obtaining financing all the way to purchasing that perfect home.  He has also partnered with sellers in marketing their homes, from listing the property, to setting up open houses to making sure the closing transaction goes smoothly.  John would like to work with you for all your Real Estate needs in Livingston and surrounding counties. 


Suzy Rutledge

Suzy Rutledge has been in the people business her entire working career. She has worked in the salon industry since 1993, 20 of those years as a salon owner. As of September of 2016, with Joan’s encouragement and guidance, she made a major decision to start a new career in Real Estate. Suzy has spent her entire life in Livingston County, graduating from Pontiac High School, daughter of Marvin and Rosie Rutledge.

Kelly Harris

Kelly Harris is a licensed Real Estate broker and a lifelong resident of Livingston County. She was born and raised in Odell, the daughter of Brad and Sue Grieff. Kelly lived in Odell and graduated from Pontiac High School and then graduated from college, lived in Pontiac and has been there since 2003.

Kelly is a licensed dental hygienist, and laser design specialist. Kelly loves meeting new people and helping them find the perfect home. Kelly is a creative person with insights for designing. Kelly will be a great fix for you finding your home or trying to figure out what it needs, to get it ready for the market. She is a great people person and has been considering this move into Real Estate for the past several years. The Grieff family has had a lot of experience in buying and selling homes and Kelly has learned some of her expertise through the family.
